My LMS tuner has several preloaded tunes for just this reason. If I ever take a road trip I can swap to a 91 or 87 performance tune in less than 5 minutes if the higher octane is not available.

Are these all canned/off the shelf tunes? Or do you datalog & fine tune it?

All tunes that leave our facility are custom tunes that have been tested before leaving our facility for public use. Our tuning department works with the customers to find tunes to best fit their needs, including offering towing tunes and further customization. (i.e. throttle tip in, shift points etc)

Thanks, pretty much all I know on tuning is from looking heavily into Mazda prior to getting the F150.
Wasn't sure if these were just plug & play tunes or if more went into it.
