Have a small but annoying problem, my 911 assist "hey I'm turned on" box sometimes stays on and won't disappear in the usual 3 seconds. It just stays on until I shut off the truck. I recently discovered pressing the Menu button clears it. Happens about 50% of the time. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this bug and how they resolved it.

What I have done:
- Updated
- paired my phone again, tried wife's phone also (both iPhone 6)
- Master reset
- Took it to dealer, they could not replicate or fix. Thought about shooting video of it, but it stays on... what more info is there? They're going to see what I am seeing, right?

Sounds like you've gone through a lot of troubleshooting. You've done everything that you can on your own. The dealer will need to get this corrected. I do suggest recording the issue if they're unable to replicate the concern.

Mine does that also. I have to turn the radio on and off a few times
