Question 90K+

Almost at the 100K aftermarket warranty limit... original brakes and battery, even though I've mentioned replacement at the stealership (save it). You guys think I need to push the issue? Or are these items fine past a 6-digit mileage?

Why do you think brakes and battery should be replaced under warranty if they are still good? At this point they are both wear items. Pay to replace them or replace them yourself.

Brakes and battery are an owner responsibility. I've never seen a warranty cover those. I'd change them myself. I bought Duralast Elite ceramics from AZ and they have a lifetime warranty. When my pads need replacing, I just remove them, take them to the store and they give me a new set no questions asked. Maybe not the best pads on the planet, but free every 50K miles can't be beat.

I'm not paying for service (oil etc), so I thought these items would also be covered... I could be wrong.

more than likely unless you have some super-duper maintenance plan, those would be all out of pocket costs
