Has anyone had any success in replacing the XLT instrument cluster (4.2" screen) with the 8" screen in the Lariats and above?

 

I have the 8" display in my XLT, so I don't know why you would not be able to upgrade. Maybe something the dealer can do?

 

He's not referring to the 8inch sync display he is referring to the one in the instrument cluster between the tachometer and speedometer.
