my neighbor just bought a brand new truck yesterday and he has zero showing

well he has to activate the modem in the truck, and sign up. Its not automatic. Plus its gonna take a few days until the truck is reported as sold to ford

So for me, I buy a 67k truck, two weeks before the point program for purchasing starts .. I get zero...
i called they said they can try to get me 50.00 instead of the 200.00 I would have received if I waited two weeks ???

$200 bucks at the dealer is worth about $60 on the street. Either way I wouldn't lose any sleep over $200.

Took mine a while for 42,000 points to show up. Then 2 1/2 months later they disappeared because the dealer "gave" me the "free" 3 oil changes in 24 months at 7,500 miles intervals "limited maintenance plan" and took the 42,000 points as payment for maintenance plan. A bit of bait and switch for a $210.00 maintenance plan they got some kick back for "selling" and I lose the points. For me the 22,500 miles will never be made in 24 months but since the manual states for certain types of driving (which of course I will do ) oil changes should be done every six months I will get the "free" oil changes used up before the 24 months.
