Default 5.0 Engine Knocking

Hey all,
Wondering if anyone else has had this issue, or rather if you think it's a problem or normal. This is my first F-150 with the 5.0 so I'm not familiar with any of its "characteristics", My truck is 2017 XLT 5.0L with only 18K miles. I bought this used in October. It was a 1 owner trade in a Ford dealership. Clean history and oil changes were done every 3-4K miles according to maintenance history. I didn't notice any noises when I inspected it pre-purchase. I checked the oil and its full. Upon cold starting it sounds fine but after a 5-10 minute drive when you park and let it idle it makes the noise. If I shut off and restart its quite again. Heres a clip of the video. Let me know what you think. I bought a Ford ESP plan so I'm going to bring it in to let them inspect it.

My 2018 is making the same noise. I haven't taken it anywhere for it yet. I installed a new exhaust on it which now sounds like it's got a cam. I'm a little concerned, but not that concerned because I've got no signs of metal in the oil, and it still runs great. Let me know what you find out though, I'm definitely interested. If I had more spare time, I'd take mine to the dealer to have it checked, but I don't right now.

Look in the middle of the passenger side valve cover under a rubber cover.
It's the high pressure fuel injection pump that runs off the exhaust cam.
The nose changes with pressure.
Normal and nothing can be done about it.

I sometimes hear a similar noise from my 2015 5.0 (93,000 miles, 5,000 mile oil changes since new). I'm not a mechanic so I don't really know anything. But I do know that I hear all kinds of knocking, tapping, and ticking noises from many engines these days. I came up in the '70s and '80s with pushrod engines. If you heard that kind of noise in those engines, they were not long for this world. Nowadays such noises seem to be commonplace. I attribute it to all the complicated top end stuff (multiple overhead cams, variable valve timing solenoids, and cam phasers that are very sensitive to slight variations in oil pressure). Although not every engine makes those noises, I tend to think that it just comes with the territory and is not something to be overly worried about.

I see a lot of you have the noise on 2018+ 5.0's. I've seen this a lot more with those because of the dual injection and different adjustments on the 18+ Gen 3 5.0L. I really haven't seen it much if at all on the Gen 2 2015-2017 5.0L. Hopefully the dealer has a meaningful explanation. Thanks for the responses so far.

The 17' Coyote doesn't have direct injection although the noise on mine is louder on the passenger side. I wish this was all I was hearing.
