Can someone PLEASE help me? Tips, tricks, force, anything? Does the same problem present itself when putting it back on?
Just went through this. Unfortunately, the water pump has to come off. Easy to do, 4 bolts and it has an o-ring, no gasket. I replaced the entire tee assembly only to find out all you need to do is replace the o-rings. I had a drip from both fittings when the engine was cold.

Thanks for the reply. I saw a video on Youtube and was able to take the throttle body off to make enough room. I replaced the tee to be on the safe side (mine is actually a 2012) only to find out the upper hose leaks on the new tee. Now I have to replace that hose (could do the o-ring, but again I'll be on the safe side.) It's 18 degrees out though, so that will wait till tomorrow.

yeah. I should have added or the throttle body. I was replacing my waterpump at the same time, so that’s the route I took.
