3.73 locking diff
As far as the e-locker itself, I gave it the first good use last weekend, pulling a 5,000lbs. air compressor/cascade trailer out of the mud. It was fairly stuck and rutted up by the F350 PSD that put it there in the first place. The ELD+4-Lo was important... when I dropped off in the existing ruts, the ELD let me keep going. Walked it right out.
I've used mine a few times. It cuts off above 15mph (I believe), however that doesn't mean it can't be used for racing. It will help you get traction until you hit the 15mph mark. I've used mine to ensure I don't do a one wheel peel while doing a burnout, sliding around showing my friends that V8 POWAHHH, a few launches, and one time trying to avoid engaging 4x4 on the beach (didn't work. Lol).
Was backing up a grassy hill the other day and the tire slipped. Pulled locker and backed up the hill w/o 4x4.
Probably more beneficial on a 2wd.
4x4 low the diff lock holds a higher speed. I think it was 35 or 40mph.

The locking diff has saved my butt a few times. I have a snow plow and we had some pretty big storms last winter. While trying to push the snow over a banking, I went a little to far. Usually one front tire drops over the banking which lifts the opposite rear tire taking traction away from it. On my old truck I'd be stuck every time. On my new truck, I engaged the rear locker and carefully backed right out. I love it.
