How many miles are on your F150? 149.7 K
What configuration did you purchase? (year, cab, box, 2wd/4wd, trim, gears, etc.) -- 2017, Super crew, box?, 2WD, XLT, Gears? I think its a 10 speed automatic
Any engine/mechanical related issues? Only mechanical issue is that I seem to be low on coolant every 2-3 thousand miles, I just top it off, and it isn't very fast, but I keep a jug in the truck. My mechanic coudn't find a leak.
Have you made modifications? (leveling kit, programmer, etc.) - Just bed topper (century), Ranch Hand grille guard, and an oil catch can
What do you use your truck for? commuting. I did some minor towing
Do you tow with your pickup? I have, Uhaul 10x12 trailers mostly, I have towed 10,000 pounds on several different occasions, the engine seemed fine, but obviously my *** was sagging. Could have done better with an elevated tongue
What fuel mileage do you average? 16.5 when I am more liberal on the pedal, about 18.5 when I drive slower and keep an eye on the mpg gauge. I live in Jacksonville so there is a lot of open road
Any complaints regarding your truck? (be honest): My coolant issue, thats it.I love this truck

It seems like you have a 3.5 Ecoboost. If so this thread is about the naturally aspirated 3.5 and 3.3 V6 engines.

This. My 3.3L has more torque at a lower rpm and 10k is way outside of what I would ever pull with it.

And if your truck is a 2017, it has the 6R80 which puts it a step even further behind.

I thought i had a 3.5 ecoboost at the time of pulling it. I didn't go very fast, probably 55 mph tops. Did "fine" if not for the suspension sagging.
