Will the 12.5 wide tires fit with a 4" lift?

Yes but the wheels may still be an issue.

So really the only way to keep the wheels is to cut the crash bars?

The only reason I ordered the -24 is because I saw another guy on the road, asked him his setup and he said he had -24 offset rims with a level and only rubs at full turn in reverse ... so I figured I'd be okay... maybe he had a 9inch rim idk

Wouldn’t work even with a nine inch rim. Negative 25 is the issue.

You want to stay in a positive offset with a level.

I know that sucks to hear, but -25 is a huge offset. You can cut the crash bars and be done with it and just keep what you have, but Ford put those there for a very specific reason, front overlap crash protection, which is the most common type of head on collision and also the deadliest.

Also, prior to 2015 there were no crash bars. And in fact, I think only the Super Crews had crash bars from 2016 on, I could be wrong but crash bars weren't on every F150.

I would think you'd be okay with a 4" lift and possibly spreading the crash bars. Can't swear to it though. Here's some running basically your proposed setup with a slight rub at times with no trimming.

Truck 1

Truck 2

I disagree as I've got -18 and I'm fine on a level.

2015 Supercrews had crash bars, 2016 Supercabs got them, to my knowledge the regular cabs still don't have them.
