Aside from not having an optical drive are we expecting any other changes with the 2019 SYNC 3 head unit? I would really like wireless CarPlay. If there are any changes worth while hopefully it is just a direct swap along with the dash trim piece.

 

I have/had a few '19 sync 3 the only difference I have seen is they come with NA 1 17 maps.
