Default 2019 f150 rust issues

I just bought a new 2019 f150. I got it home and started looking further into the truck and noticed rust around the control arm bushings and the frame. Also the motor itself has a lot of corrosion on it. My 2016 f150 didnt have rust or corrosion even after 60,000 miles on it. I dont live where they salt the roads and think it's crazy for a truck I drove off the lot with only 3 miles has rust like this. I attached pictures of what I'm talking about

Quality control has **** the bed at Ford, I'm in a '19 as well and have alot of issues, one of them being this rust.....amoungst many other things.....I took the time and applied Fluid Film over everything.....its a great product, it will take every bit of that surface rust off, and protect it for a long time...

That comes in the no charge pre rusted package. My 19 was all rusty and it was shipped before there would have been salt on the roads. very sloppy as far as I am concerned.
