Default 2018 shaking at 45mph

I have a 2018 stx crew 2.7L only got 4,000 miles on it and it has a shake most noticable around 45 mph. It wasnt bad in the beginning but seams like its getting worse. Anybody else have this problem? Also front passenger shock leaking does that mean need to be replaced?

absolutely on the shock. Odd. MAYbe the shock leaking and the shimmy are related?? I mean Fords shocks aren't great, but they aren't THAT bad lol

yeah didnt think the shock would be related to the shake. I've brought it in a couple weeks ago about the shake and they said everything was fine but now it's worse and when I was washing it seen the shock was leaking so dont know how long it been leaking.

Have tires balanced.
Also, when the shaking happens, slide it into neutral and see if it changes at all, if so, it could be driveline angles.
My 2015 brand did the same thing, the rear axle needed to be shimmed.

Also, to aid diagnosis, when it happens, as the Dr says, coast in neutral. And try turning left, turning right. accelerate, decelerate, hit the brakes. Try to isolate it and make it repeatable. Makes it more likely that a proper diagnosis reached and therefore, a cure can be found.

The rims seem to catch a lot of mud. If you are driving on muddy/snow ridden roads take some time to clean em out behind the spokes or the extra weight of mud and snow will cause vibration.

Still does it in neutral and turning. I'll check for mud. If no mud guess I'll bring it back to dealer
