2018 right side mirror replacement
Found these upgraded mirrors for my 18 STX, but they don’t have the ambient air sensor available.
What functions will I lose if I eliminate the sensor?
Has anyone successfully relocated the original sensor into a new mirror or nearby loacation like maybe the wheel well liner?

ALSO....
Your check engine light WILL COME ON. The DTC will read "Ambient Air Temp High Voltage" or something of the sort... Literally encountered this last weekend when I put on aftermarket Tow Mirrors and boy did they look sick... had to take 'em off though...
