2018 Reverse Lights on when unlocking?
I actually laughed at the GM comment. I have a Cadillac SRX. When I unlock the car or lock the car, the reverse lights come on.
When I go to the grocery store and lock my car and walk away, there is almost always someone who quickly drives up behind me thinking that I'm about to back out. EVEN if I'm physically walking away from the car. When the reverse lights finally turn off, they start flailing their hands and speed off mad. It's kind of embarrassing.
But it's nice that the lights light your pathway in the driveway....
But yeah... Pisses off people in parking lots.

I do hate reverse lights as courtesy lights as well. They should be for one thing and one thing only : When the transmission is in reverse!
The bed lights should come on when you unlock the truck and they light up an area pretty good. Is that not enough? I can't see why you want the reverse lights unless you have a cap on the bed. And if that's the case, just wire up an aux LED onto the cap or your bumper...
