Default 2018 Leaking

I know this is a common issue on this year of truck with the moon roof installed and this is the first vehicle I have ever purchased with a sunroof. My original 2018 ford f150 didn't have a moonroof but was totaled in an accident. With my insurance money I bought another 18 f150 and got some upgrades along with it. Went from xlt to lariat, no moon roof to moon roof. Sweet, this truck has literally been a pain in the *** after the like it or return it period, go figures right!! But anyways I have been having a leak down to my grab handle on the driver side of the truck. I took apart the pillar and headliner to inspect the connection and lord and behold it wasn't even connected to the drain. While it was already disconnected I ran a plumbing snake down the drain tube, ran some water through it, and blew it out with compressed air to make sure there wasn't any blockages. I grab a pipe clamp and threw it on the hose and the drain spout and snugged it up. Great thought my problem was fixed. Mine you I'm in Ohio and it's been raining for 2 days straight pretty much with another 3 in the forecast so I'm trying to mitigate this as much as possible.

Well I come out to go home from work this morning and was greeted with a new puddle of water in my weather tech mat and was super pissed off. Got home let the rain die down and took it all back apart. Hose and clamp were still connected but not a bit of water was coming off of it. So started looking around and I noticed that there was some water coming in where the wind dampener arm is connected to the drain pan with pop rivets. But on the bottom side where the wind damper arm piece sit's inside the pan. Then I also noticed that the pop rivets that hold the plates for the headliner magnets are also leaking around the hole of the rivet. These two areas between 2 headliner plates and the wind dampener arm mounting point seems to be my leaking culprit but I was wondering what I should do to stop the leaking at this point?

Should I just try drying it up as much as I can and the put silicone around the rivets and wind dampener arm insert piece and call it a day? I have looked at numerous videos and forums and haven't seen leaking in these areas from anyone else so I'm legit trying to see if anyone else has had the leak in this area? I'll try to get some pics when I get back home but I've only had this truck since October of last year and I've had the roof open several times since owning it and then it's rained numerous times since opening it and never leaked then. But I have had the windshield replaced 3 times. It was cracked in passenger lower corner and didn't notice it until my wife said something to me about it, had it replaced then a month later a stress crack, replaced again another stress crack, and this one hasn't cracked yet but the leak isn't around the window in any way its in the moon roof area.

Thanks again everyone for the help with getting this truck to somewhat functional and fixed.
