Have owned the truck about 6 months, within the last month started having issues. Memory seat and steering wheel no longer move for easy entry and exit when they are supposed to. While talking on the phone with sync the radio will come on as if the call has dropped, sometimes it does drop the call and sometimes the person is still there but the radio is playing and you cannot hear them. Also radio station buttons have a mind of their own, many times will not change when you press on screen to change the station, then sometimes a moment later change on their own.

This is on dads truck, he came from a 2016 KR so he knows how it's all supposed to work. Disconnected battery for a minute but no change. Taking it to the dealer to see if there's a sync update. Skeptical that the dealer will get this all corrected but I don't know what else we could try.

Sounds like a bad module or three. Not something that a SYNC update is going to fix.
