Default 2018 king ranch

I want to buy a new KR 6.5' box. cannot locate one . dealer looked out to 900 miles-nothing. tells me I can order one and get delivery within 6-7 weeks. does this sound right? what is a normal discount % on a ordered truck? Also selling a 2016 sierra denali. any advice as to the safest way to handle a sales between private owners. I always prefer cash but considering the amount involved are cashiers checks safe? I know a lot of fraud goes on and I am not quite sure how to protect myself

I know practically no brokers take cashiers checks anymore. If it were me I'd be asking for a wire transfer.

On the new car search, I am right there with you, I have been looking for 18 Limiteds and Platinums. There are a good number of KRs throughout the state of Florida. I've heard minimum delivery time is 8 weeks from order. I am waiting for more dealer orders to be delivered rather than ordering myself at this time.

On the sale of you Denali, do the transaction at your bank. Have the buyer meeting you there. The bank can verify the funds, etc. Safe for both buyer & seller.

found a truck about 600 miles from me. no problem if I need to pick it up. made me a fair offer on my gmc, however we are pretty far apart on price on new truck. time will tell. what are opinions of a 5.0v8 and a 3:73 gear? I would prefer a 3:31 as I travel a lot and rarely tow anymore. thoughts please.

I was looking at KR in the Mid Atlantic area, not too many on the ground. Most seemed to be ordered but not delivered. Also can't find one without the chrome package.
