Default 2018 f150 xlt

Just gor my 2018 with 70k. 1 owner in great shape and mood records. Learning there are some really cool easter eggs. One I'm struggling with is the change of the theme. I have the version with the folding center front seat if it matters. All the research I've seen says to press the right arrow on the steering wheel right side and the right arrow on the radio to put it in test mode. But its not going into test mode. Am I missing something? I have access to flrscan and going tl change some parameters. Ive screen shot spread sheets of which and where. This is all new to me. Highly appreciate the help and feed back

Welcome and congrats on your new truck. My advise, spend a week or two getting comfortable with truck. Sometimes the shotgun approach to changing things is hard to compare how it was or should be. Be careful with Forscan, great tool but can VERY easy change computer parameters with less than great results.

Save all of your as built data before you do anything with forscan, try not to get too carried away.

This is one reason why I won’t buy used trucks now. Too many go crazy on forscan changes.

Luckily my 2017 was not molested an my 2025 was new and never touched.
