2018 F150 Rear Differential Leak
Hard to say where the heck it's coming from. Could be the front (shaft seal), and blowing to the back, with the wind. If around the drive shaft is clean, then it'd be either the rear seal, or where the axle tube connects to the differential, which is not very clear on the picture. Which axle do you have: the 8.8 or 9.x of the Max Tow package?

I have a '19 and mine was leaking not long after I bought it. Cleaned it off a few times with simple green, just to make sure it was actually leaking. I took it ot the dealer and they pulled the cover and resealed it, no more leak.
2019 XLT, purchased new. Diff is the 8.8, electric locking model. Noticed leaking at around 12000 km, no idea how long it had been leaking for at that point. Same leakage pattern as OP's, just higher up and on both sides. No gasket on this model, sealing is by Silicone. Repaired by dealer under warranty.
There are fluid "seeps" and there are leaks. Leaks should be fixed, seeps can be ignored. If under warranty have them fix it no matter which one. Diff cover rvt needs 24 hrs to cure before refill. Most shops skip this part and then it leaks again eventually.
