2018 F150 - Control knobs and AC controls No power or light

2018 F150 -"No Power or Lights" Control ***** and AC controls
Hi, My first Thread and hoping the wealth of knowledge here can help. I have a 2018 F150 4x4 Lariat. Today my center controls under the Sync screen didn't function to include the AC controls also. They usually light up at night too but are current dark. I'd push the volume **** to turn on and off but no reaction for the Sync 3. I can control the radio from my steering wheel but its limited. The Sync 3 Touch screen allows more control also.
Tried restarting the truck but no affect. Tried the reset on the Sync 3 I've seen on other threads here but still no result. I would also notice a momentary flicker of light on the controls but would go away as quickly as it came.
Any help as to what the cause is?? Thanks all for reading..

Same problem
Hey bud, I have the same truck and the same problem. Suddenly no power to fuel level sensor, HVAC, radio, power windows, power locks, rear camera, power mirrors, power seat or memory seat. Everything else works fine. How did you get it resolved?

Unfortunately they never figured out the issue. I had to turn in the vehicle and buy a new one. Sucked. I don't thinknthey even tried to fix it to be honest.
