2018 EPA Mileage estimates 2.7, 3.5 and 3.3
I have yet to see the official numbers sent out, but if you look at dealers stock and the 2018's that it has listed you can find some of the MPG numbers on window stickers links with the 10 Spd, and auto start stop. Not all the links work, but some have info on them.
Just looking a little bit and saw the following:
2018 2.7 4x4 Screw is 19 City, 24 Hwy, and 21 Combined
2018 3.3 NA 4x4 SCAB 18 City, 23 Hwy, and 20 Combined
2018 3.5 Eco 4x4 Screw is 17 City, 23 Hwy, and 19 Combined - No change from 2017
2018 5.0 4x4 SCAB is 16 City, 22 Hwy, and 18 Combined
Compared to:
2017 2.7 4x4 Screw is 18 City, 23 Hwy, and 20 Combined
2017 5.0 4x4 Screw is 15 City, 21 Hwy, and 17 Combined

They really need to change the 3.5 4x4 Super Crew. It doesn't get 23 mpg highway. The Ecoboost is the only vehicle I have not been able to get EPA mileage with moderate driving.
Impressive engine, no doubt. But it needs to be more like 21 MPG Highway.

I drove 1000 miles over 7 days all over the UP of Michigan and hand calculated 23.4 mpg. That was driving between 60 and 65.

I've only had my 2017 3.5L SCREW for a couple months and have only logged about 2300 miles on it so far but my around town MPG is only about 14-15. I'd be thrilled with 17 mpg.

My lifetime on the 2016 3.5 Eco 4x4 Screw is 16.0. I just did a 450-500 Mile trip doing between 55 and 70 all highway and the computer showed 23.2 after doing that. It is possible.

I got 24 MPG in my 2012 FX4 3.5L Ecoboost driving between Indianapolis and Detroit back when we had the truck. It was just my wife and I in the truck, so pretty good conditions, but it's definitely possible.
I also don't drive 80+ as I see people so often post on here. These trucks have significant MPG drop off for every 5 MPH above 65. When people start hitting 80+, it's not surprising to me that their MPG sucks.
