I like the super duty headlights, hope they do go to those.

I bet they'll offer blacked out headlights like they did with the 13 and 14 trucks on the previous gen.

Also, I bet the 10 speed is expanded to the 5.0 and 2.7. But I bet it will be an option on higher trim level trucks like GM does with their 8 speed.

I heard the really big changes are coming on the 19's. I would wait until then.

I wouldn't expect body changes till 2020 (Bronco era)
97-03 (7years)
04-08 (5years)
09-14 (6years)
15-17 (3years)

I'm not talking about sheet metal changes. I'm referring to changes in the lights to look similar to the SD.

Why wait? Buy now and replace then. YOLO.

I doubt there will be a diesel F-150. The F-150 is Fords "luxury" truck... the Superduty is the heavy duty truck. They likely don't want too much crossover to weaken their product lines.

Ford will be announcing a 1.5 liter engine for the F-150, called "Turbo Whiner". It will be for those that want to get 40MPG and then whine when the truck can't tow anything more than a kite behind it. It will also feature 15" wheels made out of composite material.

The vehicle itself will be made out of MyDoesItFlex(R), a new material that actually flutters in the wind, creating an aerodynamic effect, which increases mileage (and lifts the tires off the roadway so there will be a new 6 way camera, one pointed up and one pointed down).

The rest of the details are confidential at this time.
