Default 2018 battery strategy

I wish someone here knew what Ford designed the computer to do after shutdown. My battery I believe is fine, but something runs the battery down overnight to 12.5v and if left for 3 or 4 days will run it down to 12.1-12.2v then the truck goes into deep sleep mode and Ford Pass warns so. My understanding of batteries is a fully charged should be 12.72v and 12.18v is 50% on a AGM battery. Truck has been back to dealer who pronounced the battery fine after keeping it all day.
Everything works as advertised including the start/stop so the battery is taking a full charge. I wouldn't have known anything if not for the Ford Pass.

Am I worried over nothing?

ive never left my truck for that long so idk what it would do. i do know when it starts its sounds like an air starter. for those that dont know it means it turns the truck over very fast.
