I thought so too, but my wife's 2016 Honda Pilot gets all the channels up into the 700's. I would think my 2017 with sync 3 would too.

You answered your question before I had a chance to. I was asking the same question so,even time ago and ended up calling their customer service to get that answer. Shame really, there are some good ones I'd really like to have on while driving.

OK, I have done the SYNC2 to SYNC3 conversion, upgraded to 3,4 with no issues on my 2014 Lariat and it is great! Now, where can I get the Ford Apps to upgrade. Since my VIN is built with a SYNC2, I am unable to get to the SYNC 3 downloads.

Any help is appreciated!!!

Thanks!

Mark

I did the Sync2 upgrade to Sync3 upgrade with the support from all of you guys as well as the moderators. Thanks a ton.
The Sync3 unit I installed was from a 2017 Fusion Hybrid-Non-Nav
My vehicle is a F150 XLT
I'm looking to upgrade to version 3.4 but I had a few questions.

Is there an easy way to change the Vin # in the Sync3 unit as it would be nice to get rid of the damn hybrid stats prior to using the Cyanlabs software for the upgrade, since F150s don't have that function.

Thanks guys.

I also did the upgrade using this thread and have all of my functionality except CarPlay. What is the trick for that? I bought a new usb module and cable adapter and the system reads my phone, but won’t go to CarPlay or give the option.

also my camera video is washed as mentioned by a few others
