2017 F150 drive train vibration

Got an appointment at the dealership I bought it from on Thursday morning. It vibrates to the point that you can see the mirrors shaking at 75-80 mph. Looks like it could be a number of issues including driveshaft, pinion gear and various other things. There is a 19 page thread on this issue here:

I noticed this in my 2015 and also in my 10sp 2018, both 3.5 EB engines. Mine was the more the gas pedal vibration though, which I believe is the engine lugging. Always did it just over 1000 rpm when in a higher gear.
I was curious if it would still be present with the 10sp tranny, it is, but not as pronounced as the 6sp.
In both (of my) cases using sport or towing mode around town makes it go away.

So another update on my vibration in my truck. Made an apt with my dealer I bought it from on Thursday. Tech and I went for a ride and he felt the vibration. He suspected it to be the tires/rims out of balance. Took all 4 off and only 1 was balanced correctly. Took all weights off the other three and started from scratch. Balanced them and took it for a drive and vibration is gone. Just makes me suspect that the previous attempt to balance was definitely not right. Had to have been a rookie or something working on it. So my balance is gone! Now to just get some new rims....

Has anyone found a fix for this? My truck has the vibration at 65 ish mph, dealer has balanced the tires multiple times, re-clocked the driveshaft, adjusted pinion angle with nothing helping. The tech claims the driveshaft is balanced correctly, but has anyone fixed their vibration while a new driveshaft?

I finally bit the bullet after having my tires balanced 3x with regular balancing and once with road force balancing. Got rid of the piece of JUNK Goodyear Fortitude's and went with LT285/75/R18 Nitto TerraGrappler G2's and the vibration is 100% gone. Just unfortunate we have to go these links to fix Ford's bad decisions on tires. They are absolute garbage. I hated shelling out that $$ for new tires....but I couldn't deal with the vibration anymore.

I've got a 2016 F150 fx4 with 27,000 Miles on it and I've experienced this vibration since about 10,000 Miles. I've been to dealer at least a dozen times. Most recently, from March 6th - March 22nd, my truck was at the dealer trying to track down the vibration. That's 23 days consecutively. During that time I drove a 2018 F150 STX with the 2.7 that was smooth as glass so I know this isn't normal. Since 10,000 Miles, here is what I've done to my truck since it started vibrating in chronological order. And still no resolution:
4 new sets of tires
-Started with the good year 275/55r20
-2 sets of BFG ko2 275/60r20
-1 set of Michelin at2's 275/60r20 (current tires)
Rear diff replaced @ 12k
Carrier Bearing replaced @15k
alignment @ 15k
road force balance @ 15k
2nd set of bfg's put on @ 17k
Road force balance @ 17k
Road force balance @ 18k
4 brand new ford chrome pvd 20" wheels @ 20k
Road force balance at 20k
Michelin AT2's put on @ 22k
Road force balance @ 22k
Alignment @ 25k
Road force balance @ 25k (had to pay for this one)
Drive shaft replaced @ 27k
2nd carrier bearing replaced @ 27k
Pinion angle corrected @ 27k
Another alignment @ 27k
Front drive shafts removed and inspected @ 27k
Dealer claimed 1 tire was bad, replaced @ 27k
Just picked up the truck Thursday 03/22. Damn thing still vibrates. They told me it was smooth. I drove with the shop manager and it was in fact smoother. It wasn't perfect but it was the smoothest it's been since 10,000 Miles. I took it home and since Thursday the vibration has returned just as bad as before. Cruising from 35-55 you feel it through the whole truck. Especially when I let off the throttle and coast.
I've had bilstein 6112's and 5100's sitting in my garage and I am hesitant to put them on for fear the dealer will now say it's the aftermarket suspension that's causing the problem. Ive even considered trading this thing in but I'm so close to not having a truck payment, it's holding me back. Not sure what else to do at this point. I suspect it's either the transmission or transfer case. The truck just isn't right.

I completely agree. Just got to the dealer to discuss.

I have the same issue/symptoms as mgullison. 2017 3.5L Lariat FX4 Supercrew. First noticed it around 10K kilometres when I had winter tires and wheels installed last fall. The tire shop rebalanced three times and each time the new tires/wheels balanced. When I switched back do my FX4 20 inch OEMs with Hancook tires this spring, the vibration is still there - more in the seat and not really in the pedal.
