I thought you had gotten your truck! Mine is supposed to be here by the 20th. We shall see.

Man, you guys want to hear about build issues you should hop over to the S550 (2015 and up) mustang Forums. Good god. My second 2015 mustang had damn near every single issue you could list, body panel misalignment, loose leather on seats, Ac seats barely working, clunky transmission, shoddy interior finish work, bubbling leather on the dash, etc. it was horrible.
My F150, got it in September, no idea what month it was built in, is a HUGE improvement in quality. All body panels straight, well put together, and so far seemless functionality and features. MPGs are beyond what I expected as well.
Only complaints are the typical AC seats and the loose leather on the bottom of the seat. I'll take that over the Mustangs issues any day.

Not anomalies!
Just remember that Ford just sold over 700,000 F-150s this year alone! I understand there are outliers out there regarding issues, and you are sure to hear about them when on a message board, but if these issues were anything more than anomalies for even 10% of the buyers of F-150s, it would be major news.
I will assure you that every auto maker had the same number or reported issues if not larger on similar message boards and forums.
The good thing about the reports are you can use them as a guide, but not to expect it as the norm for your vehicle experience...

If you take for example those who registered in the seat cooling TSB poll, you have approximately 600 members and more than 90% have problems. Since every cooling seat is designed the same, you actually have 100% of owners with cooling seats who have seats who do not work properly! However, the majority of owners who have that feature don't realize it doesn't work properly, why, because they don't use the feature or use it for long periods of time. And Ford is not going to advertise it doesn't work and fix each and every seat, that's costs prohibitive. If you would do a poll on the windshield wiper issue with the key falling out, or the potential for the key to fall out, you may have 100% of vehicles with potential problems?
It really gets back to what's the focus of the company, perhaps 2017 will be the year where Ford Quality returns to Job 1?
Finally I think it's just the luck of the draw, as to what you end up with. In the past, the last model year before a redesign of truck series typically had the fewest problems, likely going to be the case here, too.
Overall the trucks are good and Ford builds the best trucks.

My '15 fine so far @ 21k
I have had none of those issues with my '15 Lariat 502a. I have the moonroof, and the seats that seem to heat and cool fine (what do I know, from Wisconsin, cooling issues). I had an issue with the key fobs, but they replaced both of them, and now they work great! I have been in Utah during some heat (101+F), but I was extremely comfortable. I have been in driving rain at freeway speeds, and have found zero leaks. The EB has all kinds of power (more than the '12 EB I traded in) especially now that it's getting broke in.

Warning RANT: I thought I was one of 1 percent that bought a new 2016 F150 Lariat and had ZERO problems. No air leaks, no hard trans shifting, no sync 3 issues, no paint problems, no shaking of peddles of any kind. I was pumped. Tonight, in Austin, TX, we got a large storm with hard rain. At the office today, I had read a similar thread on this forum about 2015 sunroof leaks. I thought, "I haven't had ANY of the problems others have reported, why would I have the leaking sunroof?" I stopped for a well deserved IPA on the way home and it rained, hard! Well once I pulled into my garage and sat on the couch, the thought of the leaking sunroof kept creeping back into my mind. I decided to go out with my phone flashlight and check it out.
DAMMIT!! Sure enough there was visible water traces on both sides of the fixed sunroof portion (I couldn't find anything for the moving section). On the passenger side, it was minimal. On the drivers side, it was literally down the whole length. I even found mold growing in the "gutter" where the sunroof had drained into. First "finger pic" is the passenger side, second "finger pic" is the drivers side. The mold told me these leaks have been there since production (date: 01/13/16) (purchased: 03/19/16)
I could live with bad paint or air leaks, all fixable. What I can't live with is mold growing in my brand new truck. In houses, when mold grows, you have to rip out sheetrock, ventilation systems, and even studs in certain occasions.
I've attached some pictures. My question is, has Ford found a solution to this serious problem? I hate to sound like a dick but water in the cabin is not ok. Regardless if it's a 10,000.00 car or a 100,000.00 car.
Sorry for the rant. just looking for a solution.
Thanks for your help everyone.

Ordered mine jan 1st 2015 built in april a year ago. No real issues and the few I've had dealer took care of no problem. Business as usual. Moon roof doesn't leak. BY FAR the nicest AND (the best part) fastest truck I've ever owned. Vehicles always have issues anyway. Life's too short to worry about it.
