Default 2016 Limited

Just bought the truck today and the back windows only go down about a third and stop. Anybody know the reason for this ?. Can there be a roll down limit programmed maybe for kids/dogs ? Any help with be appreciated.

I'm not sure if that setting is possible in My Key, but that's where I would start.

Was my first thought also. There isnt any mykey created I did make one and went through menu nothing m about rear windows.. I have tried holding window lock button as the same time as down nothing. I'm totally stumped.

I will have to check that out I did turn the child locks but never did get in the back to see If they were on or off.
I'll check that out when I get back to my truck later.

edit. Nope not it child locks are off.

upside down and inside out looked online for anybody with the same issue. And I only found one person who said. I'm pretty sure my windows used to go all the way down now they only go down about half way any ideas?. And it had no traffic 2 years old. No solution.

Headed back to the one I bought it from at 10am. Hopeful they can figure something out and not just b.s. me and tell me they're not supposed to go all the way down.
