Default 2016 Lariat first things to do?

Picking up a 2016 one owner 5,000 mile 502A tomorrow. It has a Ford drop in bed liner that I am not to crazy about. How hard is it to take that out? Is it worth selling? I'll have a Line-X sprayed in.

The rear differential gasket ends seemed to be coming out of the differential. Is this normal? I'll have to snap a picture tomorrow.

Other than that this thing is pretty stock what are the first things I need to do, a side from rotate tires and oil change?

Have you used FORScan before? You will probably find some things like double-honk that you want to change. If not, see the sticky about FORScan at the top of this section. Lots of neat things you can "turn on" or change.

Get one of these for your center console:
Center Console Armrest Storage Box Insert Center Console Armrest Storage Box Insert

Get some better rear shocks (Fox, Bilstein, etc)

Get Husky floor mats

Enjoy your truck!

I might consider driving it. It’s pretty nice like it is.

I second the Husky liners and line-x. That's a sweet find! Sport or chrome?

Bedliner is easy to take out. You might be able to get $100 out of it on Craigslist if its in good shape. First mod I would do would be tint.

Good floormats (Weathertech, Husky) and a bed cover, then drive it!
