2016 Install a Floor Shifter

So I'm looking at a 2016 FX4. It's got the flow through console, but still a column shifter. How hard would it be to replace that bin on the left with a shifter? Has anyone done this?

I have the same setup as you do.. I have the console but no shifter and just started looking into it. Have you come up with an idea how easy/hard it will be to do? Thanks
