Default 2016 ECO Boost Engine Shutter

Experiencing engine shutter at cruising speeds in higher gear less than 2500 rpm's.
I have changed Plugs, Coils, and Throttle body. still experiencing engine shutter, Now starting to believe I may have turbo issues, here are the list of observations leading me to this conclusion. I am hoping someone else is experiencing this and has discovered a solution.
My truck is 2016 F150 4x4 8" lift on 35's crew cab with 110,000 miles. Here are my list of observations.
1. Engine shutter or modulating vibration at speed 60-70 mph less than 2500 rpm's
2. turbo boost pressure during the engine shutter is erratic low to higher pressures. leading me to believe wastegate issues or vacuum problem.
3. can down shift maintain speed raising rpm's above 2500-3000 engine shutter goes away no more erratic turbo pressure.
4. staying in High gear and increasing speed 80-90 mph raising rpm's above 2500-3000 shutter goes away no more erratic turbo pressure
With higher RPM's which increases Vacuum leads me to believe I have a possible vacuum leak, which is allowing the wastegates to operate properly.
So my question is has anyone experienced these systems and what was your solution. Looking for Ideas before go throwing more money at new parts that are not necessarily needed.
I plan on tackling the hunt for vacuum leaks this week.

Thanks for any help

What coils and plugs did you install?

I had one of those Accel coils go intermittent in less than a month, replaced with Sultans of Spark Coils couple of years ago and no issues since. Still have 5 of the accel in a box somewhere if you need 1. no guarantee though I've long since decided they were crap. Also Accel only has a 90 day warranty, Guess they don't even trust their own product(SOS has a Year)

Not saying it's your problem, but the near-universal consensus is that the Motorcraft coils are the far and away preferred product. Even people doing serious go-fast mods stick with stock coils. You should probably replace the boots when you replace the coils.

Default Going back to OEM

I see general consensus is to stay with OEM on the coils
so planning on biting that lost and replace coils

Be aware that there are a lot of counterfeit "Motorcraft" labelled coils out there on various websites.

Sorry to say, I agree with not using ACCEL coils.
I fell for the cheap price and cost me a PCM on an older truck due to the failures of all 8 coils.
They are made in >>PRC<<. You know where that is?
Coils live a hard life where they are mounted due to heat.
Cold/ hot expansion cycles of the coil windings can cause shorts >between winding turns< and result in lower output spark voltage rather than outright failures. The problem shows up during very lean mixtures when coil output needs to be the highest but cannot be produced by a faulty coil.
Coils have a life expectancy but the factory coils have enough production time (years) to be very reliable off the assembly line and proven over time. They are a replacement item the same as sparkplugs, shocks and tires.
More or less ya git what ya pay for, plus or minus some luck.
Good luck.

Are you sure it's the engine and not the transmission?

Default Tranny

I just found information that another cause for the shutter is the Torque converter. Couple things to do change trans fluids usually solves the problem and 2nd additive called lube guard shutter fix from auto zone
Im going to get fluid swap done today.
will give up date once I'm done
