I can't answer that but v3.10 has never been available for download. Only available as a dealer install.

Well I've disconnected and deleted both Bluetooth profiles from the phone and the truck radio then reconnected and it's still doing it; guess I'm heading to the dealer to see if they can upgrade to 3.10 and see what happens! Thanks for everyone's help

Just a suggestion if you don't want to go to the dealer just yet. You could perform a Master Reset on Sync 2 and see if that resolves your issue. It will erase all saved data in Sync and be just like starting over from scratch.
