2015 Stake Pockets
My first pick-up and I made newbie mistakes. I bought the Ford drop in bed liner and the Ford Tri fold hard tonneau.
Love my 2015 Super Crew truck!!!!!
So my questions are...
1) Are there four stake pockets in the 5'6" bed? The ones normally at the front of the bed are either not there or covered by the bed liner.
The rear stake pockets appear to be there since the bed liner has caps where they should be.
2) can the aluminum bed rails accept a Stake Pocket Insert?
I want to install some inserts and the build up a bike rack just above the tonneau cover
All help appreciated.

I installed a Back Rack on my 2016 supercrew with the 5'6" bed. I had to cut out the bed caps. The pockets are there, had to research online cause the dealer had no clue. I drilled a hole in the middle and used a sharp knife to slowly cut it out.
Do you think they can take the clamping force of an insert?
Can't help you there, I have no clue. I know that for my back rack, I had to use the little hole on the inside of the pocket that comes out in the box. The bold is kinda L shaped, one end coming out that hole and the other end popping out the stake pocket. The place I bought the rack from told me not to tighten the bolt to much on the top, cause it would rip the bolt right up the side of the box cause of the aluminum.

Any pics of the cover when the rack is off? I want something like this but for my kayaks. I can't seem to find a feasible way to get some rails mounted to the bed rails. What kind of cover is that? I have an MX4
My tonneau is the 2015 Ford OEM version. In hindsight I wouldn't have bought that one. It has those stupid prop rods that hold the folded sections against the cab.
The cover is strong though. And that makes the system work. Next time o do this I'll buy a hard tonneau.
