No problem, we're all just trying to help. Not sure if we're watching the same video on the link you provided but when I put in a 2015 in the menu and watch the video there is nothing there that helps in that video. Maybe were selecting different options from the drop down menu? I selected 2015>F150>Sync with my Ford touch. Is that what your selecting?
Just call the (a) dealer or Ford directly and ask them to give you the code. I do not see why they need the truck. I had a rental Ford Edge that I locked the keys in. Roadside Assistance said they would be two hours and I didn't have that kind of time. I called the Service Gal at my dealer (who knows who I am)and she gave me the code to open the door with the VIN so they must have them. Sounds like a money grab to me.

My apologies fer the confusion - it's on me.
Here's a text dump from that ( apparently braindead ) link, lol:
Displaying the Factory Set Code
> With Integrated Keyhead Transmitters:
You will need to have two programmed passive anti-theft keys for this procedure. To display the factory-set code in the information display:
Insert a key into the ignition and switch the ignition on for a few seconds.
Switch the ignition off and remove the key.
Insert the second key into the ignition and switch the ignition on.
The factory-set code will display for a few seconds. It may not display until after other warning messages have displayed first.
> With Intelligent Access Keys
You will need to have two programmed intelligent access keys for this procedure. To display the factory-set code in the information display:
Place the first programmed key in the backup slot inside the center console.
The key ring must be at the top with the buttons facing toward the rear. If there is no backup slot, place the key underneath the rubber covering at the bottom of the cup holder.
Press the START/STOP button once and wait a few seconds.
Press the START/STOP button again and remove the key.
Insert the second programmed key into the backup slot, then press the START/STOP button.
The factory-set code will appear in the information display for a few seconds. It may not display until after other warning messages have displayed first.
Hope this helps...

OP, here's your answer from MGD.
That's how it was in my 14. Pull the passenger kick pannel and it is on the side of the fuze box, or AC compressor or something that sits in the foot well.
Ford does not keep a record of the keyless entry keypad code. Many dealers have started loading that information in their system, which is probably why Crazy Canuk was able to call his dealership to get it, but not all dealerships are doing that.
