2015 Interior Lighting

Is there a way to dim or turn off the interior accent lighting? The strips by the cup holders are way too bright at night, and unnecesary.

2015 F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 5.0L

on your touch screen go to setting vehicle and ambient light you will have an option to change light color and a slider on a bottom to change brightness
