Default 2015 grinding noise

Hello guys, I’m new to the forum. Was wanting to know if any of y’all have had the same issue I’m having. It’s a 2015 4x4 lariat and while running down the road and lightly steer to right I hear a faint grinding rubbing noise does it in 2 and 4wd. It has new brakes and rotors, iwe actuators, check valve, and all vaccum lines a good. Also put a new hub assembly on drivers side that apparently wasn’t need. I’m running out of ideas and money so any input from you guys would be appreciated.
Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
It could be your bearings, even though it seems unlikely for a 4 year old truck (then again it seems early for your other repairs as well). Does it happen when only on the throttle or does it happen when off throttle as well? Bearings would be noticeable when on throttle and off throttle. Its an inexpensive job (relatively speaking) and something you can do yourself.
I had a IWE issue with my old 2004 F-150. Little did I know that replacing two $10 check valves would have fixed the problem before it turned into a full blown hub assembly replacement. Hopefully its something as simple as bearings for you considering what you have already done.

Do you have a leveling kit on the truck? It could be the bearings as said above. Have you checked to make sure the sway bar end links are tight? I know the strut extension leveling kits put a larger load on the bearings and IWE's.

It does on or off the throttle, and it does not have a leveling kit. I’ve went over every component with a fine tooth comb to make sure things are tight. And I replaced driver side front wheel bearing assembly. And still the same noise

I’m pretty sure it ain’t the tires I got new tires a few weeks before the noise started. And I change the driver side wheel bearing already. I hate to keep putting parts on. This truck has really became a thorn in my side. This makes my 9th ford truck and it’s the only one that’s ever gave me any issues

Just traded in our 15 sounds like exact same truck. We took it in way to many times for grinding. Had IWE replaced, many vacuum hoses, and other parts that run the IWE. Latest was a TSB for seals or something and still howled when we put it in 4 auto. In roundabouts it tugged and grabbed and asked them to look at front diff for a busted spider gear; the dealer didn’t.

4wd went out last winter and left us stranded at work. It was wife’s truck and I couldn’t do it to her again.

Anyway; just stick with it and don’t let dealer push you around
