I noticed that the King Ranch has the chrome package and two tone paint on the quarter panel, but the two tone paint does not show up on the bumpers !

Right, if you order the chrome package, you get chrome bumpers instead. Personally, I like the base King Ranch with the two tone. Blue looks great though!

You're right...that looks like that cheesey chrome trim people used to add to their door edge for ding protection.

The chrome window belt line is the actual moulding. It's fit and finish is good as it's OEM. If you've seen a platinum or king ranch in person you'd be able to tell. It's on most vehicles, GM, Audi, Benz, etc.
