Having both is what I set out for, but I'm no wiring genius and was working off of old threads on the forum. As it sits now, the driver's side light stopped working and I had to revert it to OEM, but passengers side is running good. I'll be contacting TRS to see if they are willing to replace it. Not to mention, Morimoto seems to have messed up the drivers side plug. Both lights appear to be set up for the passengers side plug.
They are much more amber in person, but illuminate much better than the OEM. (Which I had tinted) OEM on drivers side.
I reached out to them on Friday and heard back from them today. They offered a full refund or partial. They went on to say that basically these are brand new for Morimoto and that they hadn't sold a lot yet to determine if there were any issues. Also that they believe there may be a difference between the 2015 to 17 and the 2018s plugs. Guessing this may be why they pulled them down for the time being. As far as customer service goes though, TRS has been great to me in the past and I don't expect there to be an issue in resolving this.
Just an update to the replacement TRS sent to me. Got the new drivers side light installed yesterday and got her cleaned up to take some pictures. Sadly it was a bit too dark, but I'm definitely happy with the way they look and function. As I said before, I couldnt get them to have the dual function and went with them being used as a running light. I don't have a video for the install, but would be more than happy to answer any questions anyone has. Just a side note to TRS' customer service. As in the past when I've had issues, they have been more than willing to help make things right. They are and will remain my go to stop for lighting.
