I think that is part of our agreement too. However, my legal side would tend to believe that the guidelines of our Rights can not legally be agreed away. In another words, an illegal agreement is not binding. I would think that this will be litigated in the future and that my opinion will be confirmed.

Although, many people think forcing people to buy health insurance is not legal either, so that calls into question if the decision would even be correct.
