It's right from Ford, I love it, it's doesn't stick out, no wind noise and looks really good.

I had the nice little Ford logo on it but I just noticed it came off, you can see it in my first pic. I went to a touch less car wash so I guess there was enough pressure that I lost my nice little logo lol. It looks good without also.

Dan 525 looks good. Was it difficult to align using the sticky tape?

Couldn't tell you, what ever accessories you buy like that at the dealership they install for you at no extra cost. They have a guy who specializes specifically in just installing accessories and he's great. Installed my vent visors, bug deflector, molded mug flaps, box liner and tonnau cover all at no extra cost.

That how it works at the dealership here, not sure what they do at other dealerships.

I'v put several accesories on with the 3m tape. It's not hard. First line it up with the tape on,maybe make a couple pencil marks. Then peel back about a inch of plastic covering on the ends and middle. You can then stick it on and if it's not right, pull it and realign. Then pull the plastic covering off as you press it on. [Best to heat the area and tape a bit before install with hair dryer or heat gun. Not too hot, just warm]

I was going to do the clear film route, and still might, but I have noticed that the bugs splat and juice runs over the hood. Even after cleaning I can still see a mark if I look close. I didn't want to cover the entire hood and if I don't it will be a problem.
So I'm thinking a bug deflector might work better, or be an addition to the clear wrap.
