2015 5.0 coolant type?
Sorry for the post, im in a bit of a hurry and need a quick answer if possible and the search kind of sucks or im an idiot. I have a small coolant leak that I cannot deal with until after the holidays are over and need to put in some premixed coolant to top the truck off. I currently have orange coolant (factory fill) in there. Can anyone give me a good recommendation for a coolant that I can buy at Autozone/Oriellys/etc. I would goto the dealership, but I cant get there easily. Many thanks!
If you need to go with a generic coolant from auto parts stores / Walmart, look for the Zerex G05 which includes Fords? This is a HOAT coolant.

Note the service bulletin to change from Motorcraft Orange to Yellow is a change to OAT to POAT.
So the HOAT should be fine but I would suggest flushing the entire system when you have time and move to the new Yellow POAT per Ford recommendation. Depending on the mileage you may also be ready for a coolant change anyway so what better time to use the updated coolant!

Schedule a full coolant exchange service with your local dealer, the yellow I’ve noticed is harder to find at parts stores near me at least.
I would have recommended this had it been an option.
I read through without issue.
I also checked Autozone's website and there are 0 results for Ford or Motorcraft coolant or antifreeze. But they carry Peak which has a Ford blend.
You very well may be correct but your post would have been a bit more clear if you said "Buy Motorcraft orange from Autozone".
I checked multiple Oreilly locations and they do not carry Motorcraft. They carry Zerex which has a Ford blend.

For the record I’d top off with distilled water and just limp it into a better situation for a more appropriate fix.

I have a small amount in my 2018 for over a year. No leak just saw it a bit below the fill line.
Be a where the level can move +/- a half inch above and below with wide temp changes, is normal.
As long as the level is close, it will be ok as long as you know there is no leak or whatever is the case.
Advanced should have it, where I got mine.
Call around to see first. Have them look on the back label for the above #.
Good luck.
