I know this has been posted before, but I couldn't find a complete list of parts needed for the conversion. I am mainly posting this to give a general guideline for anyone in the future. I also have part numbers, but the numbers will change depending upon which options you go with (grille, headlights, bumper, etc.). I took a ton of photos, so if needed I can do a complete write-up in the future just don't have time at the moment. I am free to answer any questions for others looking to tackle this, overall it wasn't very difficult. I swapped everything in my garage a few nights ago.

2018+ parts needed:

• Bumper+
  • Fog light housings (if needed)
  • Bumper filler (rubber piece between bumper and trim)
  • Bumper opening cover (2015 is shaped differently)
• Bumper molding+ (plastic painted section between grille and bumper)
  • Trim support (piece behind the molding at the ends)
  • Air ducts (2015 interferes with the bumper molding)
• Headlights+
  • wiring harness (in my case OEM LED to OEM LED) Thanks @2016BoostedGreyGoose
• Grille+
  • Emblem
  • Shutters (active grille shutters)
  • Under cover
  • Sight shield
• Fender Flares (2015 are too long in the front)

Interchangeable parts:

• Headlight ballasts (if LED)
• Bumper mounting brackets
• Fog light harness (even led fog lights use the same wiring harness)
• Almost all fasteners
