Post 2.7 and 3.5 High Speed Interstate Passing?

I currently own a V8 and I hear all the good stuff about the 2.7's and 3.5's, but at high speeds on the interstate can I still punch the gas and pass right lane goobers with ease via those engines? Or is this the price you pay for not having a V8?

The 2.7 will pass a 5.0 at highway speeds with no problem the 3.5 is faster still

Yup, I traded a 2-door sports car in for my 2.7EB F150 and I still giggle when I get to pass aggressively.

Yeah, still plenty of power with both of the EB. Matter of fact just the other day had to walk away from a young kid trying to roll coal on me.😁

Yes you will be very happy with the passing power of both the 2.7L and the 3.5L.
