After the install there was no caster, steering would not center but try to turn more but didn't pull left or right. After the alignment it has a noticeable pull right no matter the road (tire pressures are all set at 35). Alignment shop said it was there when they called and tried to work it out. When they said it was ready he told me it was fixed.
Does any so see anything in the images below that might cause this?
There are two because they did the first then rotated tires and did it again.
Mine is doing the same thing after installing the 2.5 RC level. Ive had it to the mechanic 3 times and every time it looks great on paper but pulls to the right while driving. He's stumped. Any advice would be greatly welcomed!

My mechanic said that he had it completely disconnected. He was also puzzled because the computer was bouncing back and forth when the truck was not moving and fully locked down. He is a GM mechanic but it shouldn't be that much different should it?

I'll check for anything disconnected or are you saying it should have been disconnected? Odd the Ford dealer wouldn't have thought of that (well, not completely odd - it is a dealership)
96mn12 - I had no pull before, straight as an arrow.
It should have been disconnected during the install and reconnected after the install. I dont know the science behind this claim, but on every piece of instruction I've seen regarding putting in lifts kits or coilovers or anything, they instruct you to do this to protect the electronics and such while you are whacking away with hammers and impact wrenches etc. Like I said, I dont know the exact reason why, but symptoms of not doing it seem to be close to what you are running in to.
Sorry, I'm no mechanic... just a guy that reads the instructions lol
I would have love to read the instructions but mine didn't come with any - even regular install instructions. I've just done these on several trucks but none with the electronic steering.
Time to do some research to see if there is a way to reset it.
oh that instructions statement wasn't a jab at you, I know a lot of them dont come with any instructions. That was more of a jab at me for only knowing what's said on the sheet of paper.
