have a 15 platinum that while driving cross traffic alert shuts off,followed by blind spot sensors shutting off, then a/c goes off then compass goes out when this happens stereo keeps playing but can only be controlled by steering wheel controls,,,any ideas I am a ford service tech and we are all stumped engineer is lose as well anyone having same problems

 

I've only ever had my BLIS shut itself off when driving in rain.

There's been lots of things that cause this issue

Best advice is head to the dealer

 

Mine did the exact thing a couple weeks ago. When I finally took it in the next day only a bliss error and it was a gateway module. No issues since.

Do you know if they replaced your BCM?

 

No the BCM hasn’t been replaced...I was hoping that it was something cheaper like the Gateway Module. I’m sitting in my truck right now & all of the functions that I stated are working properly now. But it’s still showing Blindspot/CrossTraffic alert off icon
