Default F150 Rust Solutions

Hey everyone. New member here but have lurked ALOT the last week or so!

Just bought my first F-150 (I will post in the intro section right after this) and have a few questions about some small rust spots I would like to fix up.

I have a few pictures of the problem spots and am wondering what my best course of action is. I have done a bunch of reading but still don't know what way I should go.

Should I try to DIY remove these spots? Remove the rust using something like Naval Jelly or sanding it and then use some touch up paint/primer to finish it? Could I use a product that basically covers the rust with a primer and I can paint over that?

I have contemplated going to an autobody shop locally here and checking to see what they would charge me but I feel like that would be expensive and my goal is to limit the rust from growing more than wanting the truck to be "mint". It is a truck after all. Any idea what a body shop would typically charge for removing spots like this?

Any ideas or opinions would certainly be appreciated as I would love to lean on the wealth of knowledge here on the forum! I have attached pictures of the problem areas for you to take a look at as well.

Thanks!
