Ways to add ponys?

Default Ways to add ponys?

well i got the headers, exhust, cold air intake, and programmer, i even use a higher octane gas and lucus fuel additive, this cant be all the ways to add ponys.....right?

any thing missed?

what have yall done?

try electric fans there pretty cheap and easy claim up to 15+hp you could do some cams not sure on the power gains there clean your MAF very easy to do try them first

well you can buy a kit for 400 bucks but ive heard people peicing them together for 200 tops look on the how-to section theres a guy who did a write up you take you fan off the engine and put electric fans in instead and you might as well do an underdrive pully system while ur down there

Go too a pick and pull and get one from an old 5.0 Tbird for $15. Pull off your mechanical fan, wire up the electrical one...

would that work for a 5.4L

you could do some porting, etc.
do you want to only do bolt on stuff or motor work?

Ford Taurus used to have a great electric fan in them. I don't remember what the cfm on them was but it was alot. I installed an electric fan on my jeep and wasn't a bad project. Check out SPAL fans. They have all kinds of fans and controllers. What ever you do, do not mount the electric fan using the 'thru radiator zip tie thingys" They will eventual vibrate against the radiator and rub holes in it.

add a msd ignition...change you cam for a better one...replace your actual stock intake with a edelbrock one.
