Next step is to find out if bank 2 is actually rich. If bank2 is rich than the spark plugs on drivers side will be darker or black compared to passenger side. Now if you check the plugs and the the drivers side is snow white than we know that the code is a false signal and you could have a bad o2 sensor or the wires are covered in oil or getting a crossover voltage from from the heater wires. also a free diagnostic is to swap the upstream o2 sensors and if the other bank is rich than you know you have a bad 02 sensor.

Take your PCV system completely off and fix it.

Your looking for a vacuum leak in the PCV elbow or hose, system is injecting more fuel to make up for difference from maf probably on that bank it hooks to. If that hose is ok and elbow, look for another vacuum leak. Hold a propane torch turned on some, torch unlit, engine will perk up if you find a vacuum leak.

OK look to the "DPFE back by the EGR there are 2 vacuum hoses this does the evap to the fuel tank. This is a complicated portion of the emissions control and covers the EGR, Evap, o2, and NO2 emissions. We may be looking for a plugged, crimped vacuum hose also. Check our http://www.ehow.com/how-12156376_200...code-1401.html the code is different but the tests are the same.
