engine tick's

i have a 03 f 150 with a 4.6L and i have a slight ticking noise when the engine is under load but it have new spark plug in it and they are all tight and no exhaust leak's

could be a number of things rods,lifters,rockers. i think there might even be a valve on the tranny that sounds like its dieseling under load. depending on the year.
