The idea of a 5.9 cummins swap into my 2002 after an SAS has been floating around in my head for a while. This thread is for the electronic ignition/antitheft stuff.

Since our keys are practically programmed to work with our engines via computer, how would one swap in a fully-mechanical engine? Would he have to do a whole new key or could he wire the current ignition wires to the new starter to work?
